Woods go down at Thamesmead

Northwood missed the chance to climb into the top five of the Ryman League Division One North when they went down 2-1 at Thamesmead Town last night (Wednesday).

Abdul Yoki put the Woods ahead just before the interval but the home side then hit back after the break with goals from Dimmock (54 minutes) and Cable (72) to take the three points.

Woods were without striker Sean Sonner who missed the game through injury, being replaced by Anthony Page.
