'Boot camp' for H&Y players

Hayes and Yeading United players and boss Garry Haylock set off tomorrow (Friday) morning for an intensive boot camp style training exercise at Bath University.

The players will be through their paces under strict conditions that will see intensive work outs and drills until Monday morning.

This will be followed by a practise match and then the pre-season visit to British Gas Business League outfit Swindon Supermarine for the opening pre-season friendly on Monday evening.
