HARRY Redknapp is considering axeing Ji-Sung Park as QPR captain.
The South Korean star has come under fire for his below-par performances following his move from Manchester United in the summer.
Centre-back Ryan Nelsen has worn the armband in his absence as the midfielder has been missing for the past month with a knee injury.
Park wasn't even fit enough to make the bench at Old Trafford at the weekend and is unlikely to be restored to the starting XI at Sunderland tonight.
And new boss Redknapp has refused to guarantee the 31-year-old will regain the captaincy on his return to the fold.
When asked who would be his skipper, the Rangers chief said: 'I haven't looked at it.
'Ryan Nelsen has been captain, so I'll have a look at it.'
