NEIL Warnock hailed his QPR side as his best ever in 20 years of management.
The Rangers boss celebrates his first anniversary in charge at Loftus Road today, having taking the R's from dangerously near the bottom of the Championship table to five points clear at the top in 12 months.
And the former Huddersfield, Notts County, Plymouth, Crystal Palace and Sheffield United chief insists the hoops are miles better than the rest.
He told the official site: "When I look back at the day I took over and compare what we had then to what we've got now, it's an amazing turnaround in 12 months.
"I'm really proud of what we've achieved.
"It's probably been the toughest 12 months I've had in the game, but the most rewarding too.
"Seeing the team we've built come of age has been remarkable. This is the best team I've ever had – by a mile.
"That's not being disrespectful to the other teams I've managed, but we've got all the ingredients here that I've been searching for all my career.
"It's so rewarding, but I think there's more to come."
