Osobu set to seal Hayes & Yeading move

BEACONSFIELD SYCOB striker Victor Osobu is set for a move to Blue Square South outfit Hayes & Yeading.

United are looking to add Osobu to their new look strikeforce after completing a deal for Nike Academy product Tobi Amokeodo last week.

Discussions have already been held with the forward over a move and a deal could be concluded as early as next week.

Osobu led the line for SYCOB last term as the Rams suffered heartbreak in the Evo-Stik Division One Central play-off final at Bedworth United.

Despite securing a place in the end of season shootout it was not all plain-sailing for Osobu as the forward endured a barren spell in front of goal at the start of the year.

Osobu went 16 games without finding the net between January and April before finally ending his scoring drought in style with a superb hat-trick against Fleet Town.
