Prince Andrew
PRINCE Andrew was in Hayes this morning (Thursday) visiting an innovative electronics company.
The Duke of York was given a warm welcome by employees at TMD Technologies, and took a tour of the firm's factory in Swallowfield Way before unveiling a plaque commemorating the royal visit.
TMD Technologies manufactures and exports transmitters and radar equipment, and employs about 220 people.
The Duke is a former special representative for international trade and investment. This is his second visit to the borough in a few months. In December he visited Bosch's new training centre in Riverside Way, Uxbridge.
