Court apperance for 'samurai sword' man

A 39-year-old man accused of making threats with a samurai sword is to appear at crown court.

Darryl Knowles, of Hanover Circle, was charged with threatening unlawful violence, and possession of the offensive weapon following an incident in Saxony Parade, Hayes, on October 31.

The case has been committed for trial at Isleworth Crown Court on Thursday, January 31.
