Carol concert for commuters at Uxbridge tube station

COMMUTERS going through Uxbridge station tonight (Friday) can look forward to a carol concert brightening up their journey home.

The Southbourne Women's Institute will be singing at the tube station, in High Street, between 5-6pm, and have even dressed their dogs in festive fairy outfits for the occasion.

Donations will be collected for RAFT, a charity which carries out research into skin disfigurement and damage caused by burns, wounds and skin cancer.
