A HAYES man said to be a ‘persistent nuisance’ near Heathrow has been put on a three-year anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) banning him from the area.
Stephen Hawes, 29, must not enter Bath Road between Sipson Way and The Parkway, and all the roads in between.
Hawes, of Church Road, is also not allowed to go to Southall Recreation Ground, in The Common, Southall, or to the surrounding roads.
He cannot carry a hypodermic needle in public unless it is in a closed container, or dispose of it anywhere other than in a ‘designated secure receptacle’.
He is also not permitted to beg anywhere in England and Wales, or act in a way that is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
The ASBO was imposed at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 2, after Hawes admitted the offence of using threatening words and behaviour.
