ONE of three men who stood trial for the killing of West Drayton's Anthony Dickson on Christmas Eve 2010 has been convicted of manslaughter.
Max Feliciano, 27, of Waylands, Hayes, was today (Friday) found guilty of manslaughter at the Old Bailey.
His two co-defendants; Satwant Virdee, 39, of The Warren, Hayes, and Clifford Stevenson, 47, of Normandy Drive, Hayes, were acquitted on all counts.
All three men had been tried for murder, with the jury, which had been considering its verdict since Monday, convicting Feliciano on the lesser charge.
Mr Dickson, 33, who lived in The Green, West Drayton, was shot in the chest in a green off Marvell Avenue, Hayes, in the early hours of December 24 2010.
Jurors heard during the three-week trial that Mr Dickson, a drug user, was killed for revenge after robbing Mr Virdee of s50 worth of crack cocaine 16 days before the shooting.
The gunman, Anthony Ricardo Small, 32, of High Street, Harlesden, was convicted of murder after an Old Bailey trial which concluded on November 8 2011.
Small and Feliciano will be sentenced on May 18.
