EVER wanted to follow in the footsteps of Ricky Gervais and Ashley Jensen and become an extra?
Then an open casting for the film of Les Miserables is for you.
If you fancy a bit of cash the initial requirements are hardly demanding: you need to be between 16 and 90 years old, ‘able to take direction’ and with ‘a willingness to be part of something amazing’, according to the pitch from the casting agents.
Easy access to Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath is also a must.
If chosen you could earn £110 per day, and the chance to play a villager, passer-by, nun, convict or other citizen of 19th century France. Shooting dates stretch from March to May, and depend on role.
If you think you have what it takes, simply turn up to The Guildhall School of Music and Drama in Silk Street in the Barbican area of London on Sunday, February 12, any time between 10am and 4pm.
